Simon heads the clinical team and has 25 years General Practice experience and literally loves fixing teeth! He is a friend to everyone and is happy to spend time discussing the pros and cons of all treatment possibilities and options. He is dedicated to providing high quality dentistry and preventative care and is keen to offer the very latest in techniques and technology. Practice Manageress Judy has worked alongside Simon for the last 25 years. Judy is no longer practicing dentistry as she now concentrates on the day-to -day management of the practice to ensure that you receive the best care and service possible.

Dental Therapist and Smoking Cessation Practitioner
Dental Therapist Carol has a dual role as therapist and hygienist at Bridge Dental Smiles. Her role as therapist includes treating patients of all ages and those with special needs. This means she is also super dealing with nervous patients. Carol’s treatments extend to preventative care and fillings in both adults and children. Her patience and friendly manner mean that nearly all nervous patients are happy to accept whatever treatment they need and her role as hygienist means that along with Sarah the risk of further problems becomes more and more reduced. SARAH RUSSELL E.D.H.
Hygienist
Hygienist Sarah has been our hygienist since 2002 and keeps right up to date with current views on the prevention of gum disease and the way to keep your teeth healthy for the rest of your life. She will personalise your home hygiene routine to show you the best techniques for your individual needs as well as giving you a percentage risk of the health of your gums. GDC No. 5519.
Debbie Rowley D.S.A
Dental Nurse & Dental radiographer
Qualified Dental Nurse, Dental Radiographer and Dental Health Educator, Debbie is also one of our treatment co-ordinators who works as part of the clinical team to ensure that everyone has sufficient time to discuss all treatment possibilities and any alternatives. Her knowledge and years of experience in dentistry mean that she can usually answer all the questions that arise, some of which patients find easier to discuss away from the actual surgery. Michelle Whitehouse D.S.A
Dental Nurse & Dental radiographer
Qualified Dental Nurse and Dental Radiographer, Michelle is also our treatment co-ordinator and together with the other members of the clinical team ensures that everyone receives the best possible care and service. Michelle also has many years of experience in dentistry and particularly enjoys working with nervous patients finding the most rewarding part of her job the transformation from nervous patient to confident patient. Rose Phillips
Receptionist
Our receptionist Rose will ensure that you are always greeted in a friendly but efficient manner and works closely with you and the clinical team to schedule appointments exactly to fit requirements. Our reception team will always explain any questions about costs or alternative ways to pay and always give you a courtesy call the day before your appointment to confirm its still ok.
Stacey Busby
Receptionist
Stacey is our other friendly face on reception and closely works with Rose to ensure the scheduling of appointments allows for the smooth running of the day so we rarely keep people waiting. Stacey has completed several courses in Business Administration and Customer Relations and is always finding new ways to improve our service to you!
Nikki McPartland
Dental Nurse
Nikki is the newest member of our team and is proving to be a very bubbly and enthusiastic valuable addition. Nikki is a fully qualified Dental Nurse and works closely with the other members of the clinical team. GDC No. 237634.
